On Saturday we rose early and decided to go down to the Milnerton beach for a walk. In days gone by this is something I shuddered at and mostly had the convenient back- or headache or imaginary ailment, any reason not to WALK! Goodness who WALKS these days with all the stunning cars we have??? If you want to see the beach, Google it..... Well, all you walkers certainly have something going for you.......What a fantastic time we had as a family WALKING on the beach (it was low tide so certainly easier for me...). We spent an hour walking and I LOVED it.
Thanks to God for the lovely city we are in and thanks to my family who have had all the patience in the world and who persuaded me to go for this walk. No persuading needed again!
