Getting Closer

Hello all my friends and family

Well, another week, another kilo.... I am blessed it is going so well!

I have lost another 3.5 kg and am down to 175kg, down a whopping 58kg! I am only 4.5kg away from being 1/2 way to my (estimated) final weight of 108kg.

Welcome back...

Hello there everyone, it's been a busy month or so since I last updated.....God works in our lives, time gets short, pressure at work builds, work tasks take over, so the blog comes last...sorry about that!

The good news is that I have broken the 180kg barrier - am now down to 178.5 kg, down by 54.5kg!!! Yeeha!

Here is a picture of myself and Daryl, who weighs as much as I have lost.......
